Corrugated Waveguides

We design and manufacture low loss corrugated waveguides capable of operating between 28-700 GHz with continuous wave power of upto 1 MW. Corrugated waveguide components such as miterbends, polarizers, switches, beam splitters are also available. These waveguides combined with our other corrugated waveguide components and mode launchers can be used to design a complete transmission line system for either plasma-heating systems, Dynamic Nuclear Polarization enhanced Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (DNP-NMR) spectroscopy setups or other applications with either gyrotrons, TWTs or solid-state sources. Besides some of our standard products listed below, we can design and build custom waveguides for your specific frequency and power requirements.
Low Profile 35 mm CWG

Low Profile 35 mm CWG

These waveguides with 35 mm outer diameters are designed for handling upto 100 W of CW power at frequencies upto 700 GHz. Depending on the application, the maximum inner diameter of the corrugations can be as high as 19.1 mm making them suitable for use DNP-NMR spectroscopy setups.

These waveguides with 60 mm outer diameters are designed for handling upto 1 kW of CW power at frequencies upto 700 GHz. Depending on the application, the maximum inner diameter of the corrugations can be as high as 31.75 mm making them suitable for use DNP-NMR spectroscopy and other scientific and industrial heating applications.

High Power CWG

We offer megawatt power level corrugated waveguides in standard lengths of 0.25 m, 0.5 m, 1.0 m, 2.0 m and 3.0 m for use in plasma heating applications with diameters ranging from 31.75 mm to 89 mm.
